Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack
I am a participant of the Child Care Food Program (CCFP) administered by the Department of Health, Bureau of Child Care Nutrition Services through Lutheran Services Florida.
You can rest assured that your child will receive complete, well-balanced daily meals and snacks that follow their guidelines. I am randomly inspected by their moniters to make sure my home has proper sanitation and meal preparation standards.
Breakfast will consist of the following food groups and will be served at 8:30:
Bread or grain, Fruit, Milk
Lunch will consist of the following food groups and will be served at 11:30:
Bread or grain, Meat, Fruit, Vegetable, Milk
Snack will consist of two of the following food groups and will be served at 3:00:
Bread or grain, Meat, Fruit, Vegetable, Milk or dairy
Whole milk will be served to children until age 2, then 1% milk will be served to all children unless otherwise specified by your child's doctor.
Infants will have the follwing guidelines and will be served as near to regular meal times as possible.
