Toilet Training
During the important toilet training phase of childhood, it is helpful if the home and child care work together. Every effort will be made to coordinate toilet training at child care and at home. I will not attempt to begin toilet training until the parent and I agree that the time is right to begin.
I need you provide me with: at least two complete changes of clothing (including socks) and an adequate supply of thick training pants each day for your child. When a child is just beginning toilet training he/she may wear a pull-up or diaper at rest time until better bladder control has been attained.

Excellence in Education
Giving each student a solid foundation in reading, writing and mathematics is the academic goal. I am committed to education.
I am dedicated to my profession, and annually renew my skills through continuing education, and pursue the latest in teaching techniques and resources. Annually I take way over the necessary 10 hours of continuing education required by Hillsborough County Child Care Licensing. At this time I am also in the Quality Counts for Kids program through the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County as well as the Quality Ambassador program through the YMCA of Tampa.
Positive training will occur throughout my program and should manifest itself in the following ways:
1. By example
2. By verbal teaching
3. By corrective guidance following wrong behavior
