The Flu Brochure, Know Your Family Child Care Home Brochure listed here, as well as, the Enrollment Packet and the Travel Packet will need to be filled out by any parent enrolling their child in my family child care home. Each parent will also be given a Policy Manual upon enrollment.
As you can see I am pretty much inspected two or three times a year by Hillsborough County Child Care Licensing Inspectors. I am also inspected by Lutheran Services of Florida's Child Care Food Program Monitors, at least once per meal time per year. These inspections are not scheduled in advance and are unannounced. Also, the City of Tampa Fire Department does a Fire Inspection on my family child care home. Below are some of my inspection reports, all licensed family child care homes and child care centers in Hillsborough County have their inspections listed at http://dcfsanswrite.state.fl.us/Childcare/provider/ (as of August 2017 the local licensing agency are merging their reports with the state agency, as soon as this is complete you will be able to see inspections online again).
